Full Wedding Coordination
It’s possible that your lack of time is the issue, rather than a lack of dedication or shared vision. You and your partner may only be able to make it to the country in time for the wedding ceremony. This service is perfect for couples who are short on time and need help planning and organizing their wedding. No detail will be overlooked, and you can focus on enjoying the process.
The service includes venue and supplier searches, on-the-day coordination, partial wedding coordination, and more. We’ll discuss dates, ceremony types, venue styles, themes, color schemes, guest numbers, and every other detail on your wedding coordinator checklist to ensure that your special day is unforgettable.
Pre wedding
The first step is an initial consultation with the bride and groom to establish their desired wedding expectations. After that, the wedding planner will arrange a visit to the venue with the bride and/or groom to discuss their vision. In the second meeting, the planner will discuss the ceremony, reception timeline, and vendors list. Planning sessions will be held every month as required. The planner will also provide etiquette guidance upon request, pre-screen all wedding vendors, attend vendor meetings with the couple if needed, and confirm wedding day vendors.
The wedding planner will create and maintain a vendor payment schedule and distribute final payments as specified in the contract. They will also follow-up with vendors in a timely and consistent manner regarding any changes in wedding plans and details. Additionally, the planner will assist with selecting decor for the ceremony and reception, prepare a timeline of events, manage the wedding budget, and develop a wedding day itinerary for the couple, wedding party, family, and vendors.
The planner will also create room and ceremony layouts, assist with obtaining the marriage license if desired, and assist with the ceremony and reception menu details. Finally, the planner can assist with honeymoon planning.
On the wedding day
The wedding consultants will provide assistance for all wedding day activities, including coordinating with vendors if required. They will assist the bride, groom, and bridal party, and oversee the venue decor to ensure that it aligns with the couple’s vision.
Additionally, the consultants will be responsible for setting up rental items as requested by the client, and delivering drinks, food, and snack trays to the bridal party before the event. They will also ensure that the timeline is followed according to plan during the ceremony and reception, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Post wedding
The wedding consultants will load any gifts and decorations left after the reception into the designated vehicle. They will attend the reception and ensure that the clean-up is completed to the satisfaction of the client. The consultants will also arrange for the return of any rental items and coordinate with the florist for post-event tasks.
Finally, the consultants will ensure that the wedding bouquet is delivered to a preservation company for safekeeping.
